							<p>Pristup u radu personalnog trenera sa iskusnim vežbačima i sportistima je dosta zahtevan posao.<br>&nbsp;Stepen sportske forme u potpunosti zavisi od specifičnosti svakog sporta, a u nekim slučajevima čak od razlika u okviru istog sporta. Pored telesnih dimenzija i urođenih osobina, fizička pripremljenost sportiste uključuje: snagu, brzinu i agilnost, koordinaciju, mišićnu izdržljivost, aerobnu izdržljivost, piliometriju.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Razvoj od svakih navedenih sposobnosti zahteva pažljivo isplaniran trenažni proces, kroz koji poštujući principe specifičnosti i individualizacije u radu, podižemo kvalitet sportiste na produktivniji i efikasniji nivo.</p>
<p>U radu sa personalnim trenerom fizička priprema je u potpunosti prilagođena individualnim potrebama sportiste, čime se povećava željena adaptacija na trening i time postižu najbolji rezultati.</p>
<p>Treninzi sa mlađom populacijom koncipirani su na osnovu njihovog uzrasta i faza odrastanja. Postičući senzitivnost i prijamčivost ka razvoju određenih sposobnosti u toku trenažnog procesa.</p>

							<p>Grupa vežbača podrazumeva 3 do 4 vežbača sa kojima zajedno trenirate.</p><p>U maloj grupi možete raditi na uspostavljanju treninga koji je efikasan za svakoga. Tu se podrazumeva rad uz stručan nadzor personalnog trenera , gde je svakom vežbaču omogućena demonstracija vežbi i korekcija u toku rada.</p><p>Svaki vežbač u dogovoru sa personalnim trenerom, utvrđuje cilj treninga na osnovu koga se izrađuje detaljan plan i program vežbi. Dakle, vežbate zajedno, ali svako ima svoj inividualni program po kom radi na treningu. Trening je zakazan, onda kada se formira grupa od 3 do 4 vežbača.</p><p> </p>						</div>

							<p>Vođeni trening je pravi izbor ako želite da vežbate sa prijateljem ili članom porodice.</p><p>Ukoliko želite individualni pristup i plan ishrane to možete uraditi i uz pomoć vođenog treninga, samo za razliku od individualnog vežbate u grupi.</p><p>Trener za svakog vežbača prilagođava vežbe koje su osmišljene prema zahtevu i potrebama vežbača. Vežbači nemoraju da budu na istom stepenu fizičke spremnosti da bih vežbali zajedno.</p><p>Dobijate isti kvalitet treninga kao i individualnim treninzima, jedina razlika je u tome što trener, pored vas, nadgleda i vodi obuku i za druge osobe.</p><p>Ova vrsta obuke je veoma zanimljiva i zabavna, ali i zahtevna i odrađena na visokom nivou.</p><p> </p>						</div>

							<p>Svakodnevna fizička ativnost i vežbanje zajedno sa trenerom doprineće boljem kretanju i opštem zdravlju osobe koja je prešla 50 godina starosti. U starijem životnom dobu, vrlo je bitno da se održi mišićna snaga, te da se popravi <a href="https://sh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cirkulacija_krvi"><strong>cirkulacija</strong></a> i očuva vitalnost kostiju i zglobova. Tempo vežbanja starije osobe treba da bude umeren, jer su i sistemi organa sa godinama podložni promenama.</p><p>Fizička aktivnost ne treba  da bude opterećujuća po organizam osobe koja vežba, već da podsticajno deluje na nju. Stariji od 50 godina koji redovno praktikuju osnovne sportske aktivnosti, imaju daleko manji rizik od preloma kostiju, imaju bolju cirkulaciju, rad srca i mozga, manji rizik od staračke demencije i srčanih oboljenja. Takođe je vežbanje pozitivno u smislu <a href="https://personalnitrener-beograd.rs/program/izgradnja-misica"><strong>ojačanja mišićne mase</strong></a>, koja je važna uz koštano zglobni sistem za održavanje pokretljivosti kao i za bolju ravnotežu.</p>						</div>

							<p>Za mršavljenje nakon porođaja neophodno je strpljenje i upornost. Potrebno je prilagoditi ishranu novim okolnostima i uvesti pravilne fizičke aktivnosti. Trudnoća značajno utiče na usporavanje metabolizma tako da mršavljenje nakon porođaja može da ide znatno sporije. Potrebno je samo promeniti pravilnu ishranu i nikako gladovati, jer se to može odraziti na mleko u trudnoći.</p><p>Unos vode je od velikog značaja za mršavljenje. Vodu treba piti pola sata pre jela i sat vremena nakon jela. Takođe vodu je potrebno prilagoditi i dojenju, obzirom da od vode zavisi laktacija. U zavisnosti od načina porođaja zavisi i koliko smete da se naprežete u toku vežbanja. Osobe koje su se porodile prirodnim putem već nakon 6 nedelja mogu započeti fizičku aktivnost. Ukoliko je porođaj prošao carskim rezom prvi trening će morati da sačeka, pa čak i do 6 meseci nakon porođaja. <span style="color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: inherit; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: 0.01em;">Uvođenje fizičkih aktivnosti treba da bude postepeno i stručno isplanirano kako ne bi dovelo do povreda ili postporođajnih komplikacija. </span></p><p> </p><p> </p>						</div>

Indeks telesne mase (BMI) je jednostavan indeks težine prema visini koji se uglavnom koristi za klasifikaciju prekomerne težine i gojaznosti kod odraslih.
